I want to be involved with projects that challenge and stimulate my skills as a designer.  Each project should be unique and draw from it's context, environment and program and should give back to the place in which it is to join.  

Mentoring others and volunteering in the profession and local community is important.  I want to make people or places I contact better for my having been there.
